Vegetable Rava Upma (Sooji Upma) Step by step

Chop onion(Avoid for Jain version), green chilies, and ginger. Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, ginger, curry leaves and cook for 1 minute.

Add onion and cook for a minute. Heat 3 cups water in another pan. When the onion becomes golden, add sooji and cook for a minute.Add green chilies, salt, and mix.

Add Chopped capsicum and hot water to the pan and cook till most of the water is absorbed. cook till the sooji is properly cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. You can use carrot, peas and other vegetables.
