The reason you should try this
The beauty of this thyroid friendly orange yogurt dressing is how well it is made up of elements that help thyroid glands. It has almonds which are rich in selenium, a mineral which supports the thyroid. We have combined orange in it to give that fresh taste and also orange is know for boosting your thyroid function. Benefits of greek yogurt have been around a while. Yogurt is an excellent source of Vitamin D and iodine. Less intake of nutrients make you more prone to obesity and thyroid diseases, research suggests. It’s rich in the amino acid tyrosine that helps fight the symptoms of hypothyroidism like depression and fatigue. Make sure you use low-fat yogurt, (you can use Oikos greek yogurt). Honey helps in sweetening the dip and also is a good alternative to sugar.
You can have the dressing for breakfast brunch along with some toast or fruits or even top up salads with it. You can even top up your crackers with it and enjoy a guilt-free snack which is truly packed with thyroid friendly elements.
