Lebanese Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- In a bowl take hung curd and whisk it.
- Now add salt, pepper powder, and lemon juice.
- Mix well, until no lumps remain.
- Add olive oil, mix it till you have a nice smooth dip.
- Serve it as a dip or dressing for a salad.
