  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice


  • In a bowl take hung curd and whisk it.
  • Now add salt, pepper powder, and lemon juice.
  • Mix well, until no lumps remain.
  • Add olive oil, mix it till you have a nice smooth dip.
  • Serve it as a dip or dressing for a salad.
