Eggless Pineapple Cookies
Easy eggless pineapple cookies topped with jam.
Servings: 1 person
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Amul Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar powder
- 1 cup Pineapple
- Mix all ingredients with Pineapple and make smooth dough. Keep it into fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Take it out make small balls and give heart shape.
- Place on baking tray, spread dry fruits on it bake it in preheated oven 180 for 20 minutes. Cool them and serve with jam.
I tried these cookies and it is so yummy that my In-Laws always want me to bake these, looking forward to more such recipes from your side.
HI. Do u used fresh pineapple or canned one?can I use plain yoghurt instead of pineapple yoghurt as its not available here
