Homemade Chocolate Coconut Nest

Delicious - crunchy choco coconut sweet dish, shaped into bird's nest decorated with white chocolate crumbs.

  • 250 gms Vanilla Sponge
  • 100 gms Chocolate Sponge
  • 1/2 cup Milk condensed
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate chips melted
  • 1 cup Coconut Crumbs
  • 50 gms Amul Butter
  • 100 gms Icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 pc Chocolate Nest
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate sauce


  • In a Bowl take Vanilla crumbs, then add Condensed Milk, Melted White chocolate, and Coconut Crumbs.
  • Mix it well and keep it for a set in freezer for 20 mins. Now made eggs shape balls and dip into coconut crumbs.
  • Whipped butter and icing sugar for 5 min. Add vanilla essence and again whipped for 1 min. Pour buttercream into a piping bag.
  • Make crumbs of chocolate Sponge, add Black Pepper Powder and mix it well. Baked it for 10 min to make it crunchy.
  • Take Chocolate nest, add Chocolate Crumbles and keep Coconut Ball on it. Keep it in serving plate, garnish with Chocolate Sauce, Buttercream, White Chocolate Crumbs and Chocolate Crunchy.
