Two Cheese Garlic Spaghetti
Super easy and creamy garlic spaghetti pasta with two, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.
Servings: 4 people
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 5 Garlic sliced
- 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- Take a large pan and boil spaghetti in salted water.
- Heat oil in another pan, add sliced garlic and cook it until light brown.
- Now add boiled spaghetti in garlic seasoned it with salt, pepper and red chilli flakes and toss well to coat everything.
- Cook it for 2 to 3 minute and serve hot. Garnish it with basil or coriander leaves.
