Two Cheese Garlic Spaghetti
Super easy and creamy garlic spaghetti pasta with two, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.
Servings: 4 people
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 5 Garlic sliced
- 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
Take a large pan and boil spaghetti in salted water.
Heat oil in another pan, add sliced garlic and cook it until light brown.
Now add boiled spaghetti in garlic seasoned it with salt, pepper and red chilli flakes and toss well to coat everything.
Cook it for 2 to 3 minute and serve hot. Garnish it with basil or coriander leaves.
