Two Cheese Garlic Spaghetti

Super easy and creamy garlic spaghetti pasta with two, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 5 Garlic sliced
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste


  • Take a large pan and boil spaghetti in salted water.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add sliced garlic and cook it until light brown.
  • Now add boiled spaghetti in garlic seasoned it with salt, pepper and red chilli flakes and toss well to coat everything.
  • Cook it for 2 to 3 minute and serve hot. Garnish it with basil or coriander leaves.
