Broccoli Cheese Wontons
Easy wontons filled with cheese and broccoli is best snack item.

Ingredients
For Dough
- 2 Cups Maida Cake Flour
- 1/4 Cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Salt As Per Taste
For Stuffing
- 2 tbsp Food oil
- 1 Cup Mix Veggies, Onion, Tri colour bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Broccoli florets Blanched
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 4 tbsp Cheese spread
- 5 Basil leaves
- Salt As Per Taste
For Sauce
- 1 tsp Food oil
- 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp Green chili sauce
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Salt As Per Taste
Instructions
- Make a dough by mixing maida, rice flour, baking powder, salt and chilled water. Rest for 45 mins.
- Heat oil. Add mix veggies, chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, and salt. Saute on high flame for 5 mins. Don't overcook. Switch off the flame. When the stuffing becomes to at room temperature add cheese spread and basil leaves. Mix it.
- Now roll a roti from the dough and cut them into a square shape. Fill with stuffing and give a shape of wonton. Deep fry them.
