Broccoli Cheese Wontons

For Dough

  • 2 Cups Maida Cake Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • Salt As Per Taste

For Stuffing

  • 2 tbsp Food oil
  • 1 Cup Mix Veggies, Onion, Tri colour bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli florets Blanched
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 tbsp Cheese spread
  • 5 Basil leaves
  • Salt As Per Taste

For Sauce

  • 1 tsp Food oil
  • 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp Green chili sauce
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • Salt As Per Taste


  • Make a dough by mixing maida, rice flour, baking powder, salt and chilled water. Rest for 45 mins.
  • Heat oil. Add mix veggies, chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, and salt. Saute on high flame for 5 mins. Don't overcook. Switch off the flame. When the stuffing becomes to at room temperature add cheese spread and basil leaves. Mix it.
  • Now roll a roti from the dough and cut them into a square shape. Fill with stuffing and give a shape of wonton. Deep fry them.
