Easiest Way to Make Hakka Noodles
All time favorite traditional noodles to spice up your Chinese mood.

Servings: 4 people
- 1 packet Noodles
- 2 tsp Garlic chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 2 Capsicum sliced
- 3/4 cup Cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup Green onions chopped
- 2 tsp Food oil
- Salt To taste
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 2 tsp Red chili sauce
- 2 tsp Green chili sauce
Boil the noodles as per the instructions on the packet.
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger.
Stir for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage, capsicum and spring onion whites into it. Stir fry over a high flame for 2 minutes.
Add the noodles,red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce and salt. Mix well and stir fry for 1 minute.
Serve hot garnished with the spring onion or corriander.
