Easiest Way to Make Hakka Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Noodles
  • 2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 2 Capsicum sliced
  • 3/4 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup Green onions chopped
  • 2 tsp Food oil
  • Salt To taste
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp Red chili sauce
  • 2 tsp Green chili sauce

Instructions

  • Boil the noodles as per the instructions on the packet.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger.
  • Stir for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage, capsicum and spring onion whites into it. Stir fry over a high flame for 2 minutes.
  • Add the noodles,red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce and salt. Mix well and stir fry for 1 minute.
  • Serve hot garnished with the spring onion or corriander.
