Homemade Fluffy Pancake

Easy morning dish, fluffy Pancakes serves with maple syrup.

  • 200 gms Maida Cake Flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Egg
  • 5 drops Vanilla Essence
  • 100 gms Sugar


  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend it for 1 min.Transfer it into a bowl.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and add little butter. Pour a ladle of batter into heated nonstick pan( don't move with the ladle).
  • Let it cook for 1 min and then flip to the other side.
  • Our yummy pancakes are ready to be served with our favorite toppings like honey/ chocolate sauce/ fresh fruits/ dry fruits/ maple syrup.
