Homemade Fluffy Pancake
Easy morning dish, fluffy Pancakes serves with maple syrup.

Servings: 3 people
- 200 gms Maida Cake Flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Egg
- 5 drops Vanilla Essence
- 100 gms Sugar
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend it for 1 min.Transfer it into a bowl.
Heat a non-stick pan and add little butter. Pour a ladle of batter into heated nonstick pan( don't move with the ladle).
Let it cook for 1 min and then flip to the other side.
Our yummy pancakes are ready to be served with our favorite toppings like honey/ chocolate sauce/ fresh fruits/ dry fruits/ maple syrup.
