How To Make Popcorn On The Stove With Butter

- 250 Corn seeds gm
- 100 Amul Butter gm
- 2 tsp Food oil
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- Red Chilli Powder To Taste.
Heat a heavy bottomed vessel and add butter and oil.
When it gets heated, add a little salt, turmeric, and corn seeds. Cover with a lid.
We can hear popping sound for about 3 min. Switch off the flame when popping sound stops. Sprinkle little salt and chili powder and serve hot.
