Egg Curry
A delicious form of Indian spicy egg curry.

Ingredients
- 4 pcs Eggs hard boiled
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp Green Chilli chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- 2 pcs Onions chopped
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Cream
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds let it crackle add hing now add chopped onion and sauté for 2 minutes, now add fennel seeds, chopped ginger garlic and sauté for a while.2. Add chopped green chilli add a cup of water and black pepper. Add salt & mix well and bring it to boil. Now add a spoon of cream to it.3. Add boiled eggs and mix gently.4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.5. Serve hot with chapatis or steamed rice.
