1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds let it crackle add hing now add chopped onion and sauté for 2 minutes, now add fennel seeds, chopped ginger garlic and sauté for a while.
2. Add chopped green chilli add a cup of water and black pepper. Add salt & mix well and bring it to boil. Now add a spoon of cream to it.
3. Add boiled eggs and mix gently.
4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
5. Serve hot with chapatis or steamed rice.
