Vegetarian Cheese Burger

Ingredients
- 1 Onions sliced
- 4 Cheese slice
- 4 Burger Bun
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 Tomatoes sliced
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 3 tbsp Amul Butter
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 Onions
- 2 Potatoes boiled
- 2 Carrot
- 1/2 cup Green Peas boiled
- 1/2 Cucumber sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
Instructions
- To make the patties, Add the cooked carrot, peas, potatoes, corn, chopped onions, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, salt, garlic paste and ginger paste to a large bowl
- Add breadcrumbs and mix well.Make small size balls and flatten them.
- Now roll the patties in bread crumbs. Take a nonstick pan or griddle and add few tbsp oil.place these patties on it and cook until the bottom surface turns brown.
- Flip and cook on another side too by adding few tsp oil around the corners of patties
- Cut the bun and spread some butter on the both sides.
- Take bottom base and spread tomato ketchup, place lettuce leaves and put the prepaired patty on it.
- Place tomato slice, onion slice, cucumber slice and cheese.
- Cover it with the top base of the bun and serve it with french fries, ketchup and soft drink.
