Instant Spicy Rice

A hurry-up version for veg fried rice that makes your dinner ready in few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pcs Baby red onion
  • 1 pcs Capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  • Boil rice in an open container.
  • Saute all the veggies and keep it aside.
  • Mix rice and sauted veggies, add spices i.e. chilliflakes, oregano, chilli powder, salt and cook for 2 min.
