Instant Spicy Rice
A hurry-up version for veg fried rice that makes your dinner ready in few minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs Baby red onion
- 1 pcs Capsicum
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1-1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- Boil rice in an open container.
- Saute all the veggies and keep it aside.
- Mix rice and sauted veggies, add spices i.e. chilliflakes, oregano, chilli powder, salt and cook for 2 min.
