Tomato and Herb Drink

  • 2 cups Tomatoe juice
  • 1 Onions grated
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 2 Celery sticks chopped
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper Powder to taste
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 4 pcs ice cubes
  • 4 pcs basil leaves


  • In a medium size sauce-pan, mix together tomato juice, onion and celery. bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  • Cool and add the remaining ingredients and pour into full glasses. garnish with lemon slices and celery sticks.
