Tomato and Herb Drink

Ingredients
- 2 cups Tomatoe juice
- 1 Onions grated
- 1 Carrot grated
- 2 Celery sticks chopped
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper Powder to taste
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 4 pcs ice cubes
- 4 pcs basil leaves
Instructions
- In a medium size sauce-pan, mix together tomato juice, onion and celery. bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- Cool and add the remaining ingredients and pour into full glasses. garnish with lemon slices and celery sticks.
