Homemade Tortilla
Easy soft, thin flatbread made from all purpose flour.

Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Water
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in water and oil. Turn onto a floured surface, knead to form a smooth dough.
- Divide dough into eight portions. roll each portion into a round shape.
- In a large nonstick pan add cooking oil, cook tortillas over medium heat until lightly browned.
