Homemade Agar Agar Cake
I would like to dedicate this sweet to my elder daughter. She likes this sweet very much and she always prefers this home made cake.

Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 pcs Cardamom powdered
- 1/2 cup Almond powdered
- 1/2 cup Cashews powder
- 25 gms Agar agar
Instructions
- Boil milk in a thick bottomed vessel. Add sugar, almond, cashew powdered and chopped nuts. Stir well for 5 minutes.
- Now add agar agar powder slowly little by little and keep stirring till it is about to overflow.
- Switch off the flame and pour into our desired shape moulds.
- Let it set for few minutes and then keep it in refrigerator.
- You can use this chilled agar agar cake for cake cutting.
