Homemade Agar Agar Cake
I would like to dedicate this sweet to my elder daughter. She likes this sweet very much and she always prefers this home made cake.

Servings: 2 people
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 pcs Cardamom powdered
- 1/2 cup Almond powdered
- 1/2 cup Cashews powder
- 25 gms Agar agar
Boil milk in a thick bottomed vessel. Add sugar, almond, cashew powdered and chopped nuts. Stir well for 5 minutes.
Now add agar agar powder slowly little by little and keep stirring till it is about to overflow.
Switch off the flame and pour into our desired shape moulds.
Let it set for few minutes and then keep it in refrigerator.
You can use this chilled agar agar cake for cake cutting.
