  • 1 Mango peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 5-6 Almond soaked in water
  • 4-5 Plums deseed, chopped
  • 1 Glass milk
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter


  • Dry roast oats and grind them, peel almonds and keep aside.
  • In the blender, add oats, milk, mango, peanut butter, almonds, chopped plums and blend it to a smooth shake.
  • Pour in glass and garnish it with chopped plums and almonds.
