Ingredients
- 1 cup Sooji Rawa
- 4 tbsp Curd
- 5 tbsp Peanut butter
- Water as per requirement
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add sooji, hung curd, peanut butter.
- Add water and make a batter of a consistency which is neither too thick nor too thin.
- Take a pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of oil and place some of the better on the pan and spread it evenly.
- Cook one side for about 2-3 minutes and then turn it over.
- Again cook for 2-3 minutes and then it is ready to serve.
