Cheesy Banana Toffee Fritters
Try new combination of banana and cheese, super yummy and full of calcium.

Ingredients
- 50 gms Self-Raising flour
- 20 gms Rice Flour
- 25 gms Corn flour
- 100 ml Water cold
- 2 pcs Banana
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 4 tbsp Cheese grated
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 4 tsp Food oil
Instructions
- To make a batter - Whisk together the self-rising flour,corn flour, rice flour, grated cheese and salt. Add cold water, mix it until it becomes smooth batter, stir it with adding oil.
- Fill a wok or deep fried one third full of oil and heat to medium temperature.
- Toss the banana slices in the extra flour to lightly coat. Using a bamboo skewer, dip each banana slices in the batter. Cook in the hot oil in batches, until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towel.
- Place the sugar in a large heavy bottom pan over a medium heat and cook shaking the pan occasionally until a caramel forms, remove from the heat. Then one at a time, add the fried banana to the caramel and turn to coat.
- Drop into a large bowl of iced water to "set " the caramel, Drain immediately, then sprinkle with roasted white sesame seeds.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or white chocolate mousse.
