Chilled Melon Salad

  • 1/4 pc Watermelon
  • 1 pc Muskmelon medium size
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 2 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves roughly torn
  • Salt to taste
  • Black salt to taste


  • Cut the melon and watermelon in small dices. Discard all the seeds.
  • Place the melon pieces in a refrigerator to chill.
  • Mix all the ingredients for dressing. Mix it on to melon pieces and toss gently.
  • Spoon into the melon shells and serve immediately.
