Chilled Melon Salad
Fresh and healthy melon salad for weight watchers, pregnant women and adolescents.

- 1/4 pc Watermelon
- 1 pc Muskmelon medium size
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 2 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 1 tbsp Mint leaves roughly torn
- Salt to taste
- Black salt to taste
Cut the melon and watermelon in small dices. Discard all the seeds.
Place the melon pieces in a refrigerator to chill.
Mix all the ingredients for dressing. Mix it on to melon pieces and toss gently.
Spoon into the melon shells and serve immediately.
