Boil potatoes in the pressure cooker for 1 whistle Remove potatoes from water and let them rest on a plate.
Peel the skin of potatoes and cut into medium-sized chunks. In a non-stick pan, add oil and wait till it is very hot.
Now add each potato chunk separately into the oil. Add only a few at a time.
After some time, gently turn the pieces to another side. Let them fry till they reach a golden color.
Repeat with other potato pieces and fry. Now in the non-stick pan, add a little oil and do the seasoning. Add our golden colored potato chunks.
Add salt, turmeric and chili powder and Transfer them on to a bowl and serve.
