Creamy Coconut Curry Pasta

  • 250 g Macaroni Pasta
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • 1 pcs Onions chopped
  • 1 pcs Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 4 pcs Garlic chopped
  • 4 pcs Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 pcs Green Chilies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Boil water in a pan. Add salt and 1 tbsp oil, when water get boiled add pasta and boiled till it gets soft.
  • Now heat olive oil in pan, add mustard seeds, mashed garlic, onion and saute for a minute.
  • Now add green chili, ginger, curry leaves and make seasoning with turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add coconut milk and stir thoroughly.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook for a minute.
  • Now add coconut cream and pasta in it, cook for a while so that the pasta and curry mixed well. Now serve hot
