Creamy Coconut Curry Pasta
A savory curry sauce over pasta of your choice. Make pasta with coconut cream and coconut milk for creamy texture.

Ingredients
- 250 g Macaroni Pasta
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1 pcs Onions chopped
- 1 pcs Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 4 pcs Garlic chopped
- 4 pcs Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 pcs Green Chilies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a pan. Add salt and 1 tbsp oil, when water get boiled add pasta and boiled till it gets soft.
- Now heat olive oil in pan, add mustard seeds, mashed garlic, onion and saute for a minute.
- Now add green chili, ginger, curry leaves and make seasoning with turmeric powder and salt.
- Add coconut milk and stir thoroughly.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for a minute.
- Now add coconut cream and pasta in it, cook for a while so that the pasta and curry mixed well. Now serve hot
