Easy Sandwich Roll ups

Ingredients
- 600 g Bread slices
- Amul Butter As required
- 1/4 cup Onions
- 1/4 cup Green Bell Peppers
- 1/4 cup Cabbage
- 1/4 cup Cucumber
- 1 tbsp Green Chilies Chopped
- 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves Finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Cream malai
- 1/4 cup Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 3 tsp Chilli flakes
- Salt As per taste
- 3 tbsp Peanut powder
- 1/4 cup Red garlic chutney
- Black pepper As per taste
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Potatoes Chips For serving
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables in small size and mix in one bowl.
- In a big bowl, take olive oil and add mayonnaise, cream, yogurts, tomato ketchup, pizza sauce, oregano, chili flakes, salt and pepper and mixed well.
- Now add peanut powder, and all vegetables in it. Mixed property such that the dressing will marinate all the vegetables.
- Now take two slice of bread roll it with rolling pin. Then apply veg mix on one slice and cover this slice with another slice.
- Now roll again very carefully so that slice will not tear and fillings will not come out.
- Apply tomato ketchup on rolled slices and swiss roll it softly.
- Now grease butter or oil as you like to this sandwich roll and roast in grilling pan.
- Serve hot creamy veggy grilled bread sandwich rolls with tomato ketchup, red garlic chutney and potato chips.
