Oatmeal Pancake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Oats
  • 2 cup Butter milk
  • 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp Amul Butter

Instructions

  • Soak oats in a buttermilk.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
  • Now add butter, egg, brown sugar, buttermilk and soak oats in dry ingredients, mix it well.
  • In a frying pan, grease the pan with butter and put 2 tbsp of the better on at a time.
  • When the edges leave the pan, flip the pancake and cook on the other side as well.
  • Serve immediately when hot.
