Oatmeal Pancake
An easy Pancakes recipe perfect with fresh fruit for breakfast

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Oats
- 2 cup Butter milk
- 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 4 tbsp Amul Butter
Instructions
- Soak oats in a buttermilk.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
- Now add butter, egg, brown sugar, buttermilk and soak oats in dry ingredients, mix it well.
- In a frying pan, grease the pan with butter and put 2 tbsp of the better on at a time.
- When the edges leave the pan, flip the pancake and cook on the other side as well.
- Serve immediately when hot.
