Soak oats in a buttermilk.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
Now add butter, egg, brown sugar, buttermilk and soak oats in dry ingredients, mix it well.
In a frying pan, grease the pan with butter and put 2 tbsp of the better on at a time.
When the edges leave the pan, flip the pancake and cook on the other side as well.
Serve immediately when hot.
