Instant Pot Butter Chicken
Quick and easy recipe for utterly butterly chicken. A bit common but still everyone's favorite chicken dish.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Amul Butter
- 1 Onions chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
- 500 g Boneless chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup Almond grounded
- 2 cup Tomatoes Paste
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Food Oil
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the butter.
- Add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, all spices and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken and stri till chicken turn white.
- Add grounded almonds and tomato paste.
- Cover and simmer for 25 minutes ( check in between).
- Finally add yogurt and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chappati or bread.
