Instant Pot Butter Chicken

Quick and easy recipe for utterly butterly chicken. A bit common but still everyone's favorite chicken dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Amul Butter
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
  • 500 g Boneless chicken pieces
  • 1/4 cup Almond grounded
  • 2 cup Tomatoes Paste
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Food Oil

Instructions

  • In a large pan, heat the butter.
  • Add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add ginger paste, garlic paste, all spices and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken and stri till chicken turn white.
  • Add grounded almonds and tomato paste.
  • Cover and simmer for 25 minutes ( check in between).
  • Finally add yogurt and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with chappati or bread.
