Ingredients

  • 2 Hot Dog Buns
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 Onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Jalapeno sliced
  • 2 tsp Mustard Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes sliced
  • Tomato ketchup to taste
  • 2 Potatoes boiled
  • 1 Beetroot boiled
  • 1 Carrot boiled

Instructions

For making sausage

  • Take a boiled potatoes, beetroot, carrot in a blender. Blend it in small pieces.
  • Now onion and blend it again.
  • Add wheat flour and make a dough form batter.
  • Oil your hand and make a long sausage-shaped roll.
  • Steam it until it completely gets cooks.
  • Now shallow fry it in pan on both sides.

For hot dog

  • Take a hot dog bun and place the fried sausage into it.
  • Add ketchup, mustard, Put some sliced tomato, onion, and jalapenos over the hot dog.
  • Sprinkle some salt and black pepper if you want, And serve it.
