Vegetarian Chilli with Mushroom and Beans
A delicious, rich vegan chilli recipe loaded with the nourishment of mushrooms, black beans, and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Food oil
- 1/2 Onions Diced
- 2 Garlic minced
- 150 GMS Mushrooms
- 450 g Black bean Boiled
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 250 ml Water warm
- 2 Tomatoes puree
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan, cook the onion and garlic until slightly soft but not browned. Add the mushrooms, and continue to cook until the mushrooms are soft.
- Add the black beans, spices, water and mix well. Turn the heat down to very low, cover, and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add the tomatoes, and cook for a further 10 minutes. leave it covered over a low heat and serve it hot.
