Vegetarian Chilli with Mushroom and Beans

  • 1 tbsp Food oil
  • 1/2 Onions Diced
  • 2 Garlic minced
  • 150 GMS Mushrooms
  • 450 g Black bean Boiled
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 250 ml Water warm
  • 2 Tomatoes puree


  • Heat the oil in a large pan, cook the onion and garlic until slightly soft but not browned. Add the mushrooms, and continue to cook until the mushrooms are soft.
  • Add the black beans, spices, water and mix well. Turn the heat down to very low, cover, and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the tomatoes, and cook for a further 10 minutes. leave it covered over a low heat and serve it hot.
