Vegetarian Chilli with Mushroom and Beans
A delicious, rich vegan chilli recipe loaded with the nourishment of mushrooms, black beans, and spices.
Servings: 2 people
- 1 tbsp Food oil
- 1/2 Onions Diced
- 2 Garlic minced
- 150 GMS Mushrooms
- 450 g Black bean Boiled
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 250 ml Water warm
- 2 Tomatoes puree
Heat the oil in a large pan, cook the onion and garlic until slightly soft but not browned. Add the mushrooms, and continue to cook until the mushrooms are soft.
Add the black beans, spices, water and mix well. Turn the heat down to very low, cover, and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally.
Add the tomatoes, and cook for a further 10 minutes. leave it covered over a low heat and serve it hot.
