How To Prepare Turmeric Milk For Cough

Ingredients
- 100 ml Whole milk can use any milk
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Ghee / Saturated Butter
Instructions
- Take any milk in a saucepan. Can be coconut milk, soy milk, rice milk or plain milk.
- Bring the milk to boil.
- Add turmeric powder and mix with a spoon.
- Now add pinch of black pepper and ghee to this milk.
- Bring the boil of the milk and switch off the gas.
- Pour the milk into a glass and drink it hot.
