How To Prepare Turmeric Milk For Cough

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Whole milk can use any milk
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Ghee / Saturated Butter

Instructions

  • Take any milk in a saucepan. Can be coconut milk, soy milk, rice milk or plain milk.
  • Bring the milk to boil.
  • Add turmeric powder and mix with a spoon.
  • Now add pinch of black pepper and ghee to this milk.
  • Bring the boil of the milk and switch off the gas.
  • Pour the milk into a glass and drink it hot.
