Chinese Style Stir Fry Beetroot with Garlic
Healthy and delicious winter special, beet stir fry this goes well with plain rice, chapati or roti.

- 2 Beetroot sliced lengthwise
- 1 Garlic peeled, sliced lengthwise
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
In a wok, add olive oil .
When hot, add garlic, capsicum , salt, Chinese salt, pepper and stir fry for 3 to 4 min. Transfer to a serving bowl.
In the same wok, add beetroot and stir fry for few minutes. Add salt, pepper and stir fry in wok.
To this add capsicum and garlic and sesame seeds and toss well. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.
