Take a bowl open few onion fritter (onion pakoda), add green-tamarind chutney, top it with shredded beetroot, chickpea noodles and garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients

  • 3 Onions cut into small cubes
  • 2 Green Chilies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 cup Besan / Gram flour
  • 2 cup Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add gram flour, salt, chilies, ajwain, baking soda, water, and mix well into a smooth batter
  • Heat oil in a wok
  • When hot, add onion cubes into a batter and drop them in oil with the help of a spoon.
  • Fry till it gets a golden brown color and serves hot with ketchup, green chutney, and tamarind chutney.
