How To Make Real Indian Masala Tea
Chai the popular beverage of India, which is made with five spices ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon and black pepper.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Tea Leaves
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 2 Cloves powder
- 2 Cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
Instructions
- In a small pan with handle, heat water and boil it
- Now add grated ginger, cinnamon, cloves powder, green cardamom, fennel seeds and black pepper. Boil it for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add tea leaves and let it brew for one minute, or longer if you want strong tea.
- Now add milk and sugar. Boil it for 3-4 minutes.
- Strain hot tea into the mug and enjoy it with bread, cookies or biscuits.
