  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tsp Amul Butter
  • Maple Syrup for garnishing to taste


  • In a large bowl, mix oat flour, baking powder and skim milk. stir it well.
  • Now add the mashed ripened banana into the mixture and stir until just combined.
  • In a frying pan, grease the pan with butter and put 2 tbsp of the better on at a time.
  • When the edges leave the pan, flip the pancake and cook on the other side as well.
  • Drizzle maple syrup and banana slice, serve immediately when hot.
