Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 Banana
- 2 tsp Amul Butter
- Maple Syrup for garnishing to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix oat flour, baking powder and skim milk. stir it well.
- Now add the mashed ripened banana into the mixture and stir until just combined.
- In a frying pan, grease the pan with butter and put 2 tbsp of the better on at a time.
- When the edges leave the pan, flip the pancake and cook on the other side as well.
- Drizzle maple syrup and banana slice, serve immediately when hot.
