Mint Coriander Chutney (Green Sauce)
Perfect green coriander dip sauce for every type of fritters and appetizers.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Chat Masala
- Salt to taste
- Water as per requirement
Instructions
- In a grinder, mix all the ingredients and grind to a smooth chutney. Add water if required, but don't make chutney too thin or watery.
- Use this green chutney as a dip with Broccoli Cheese Wontons, Mix Vegetable Pakora (Fried Fritters), Spicy Vada Pav.
