Mint Coriander Chutney (Green Sauce)

  • 2 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chat Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as per requirement


  • In a grinder, mix all the ingredients and grind to a smooth chutney. Add water if required, but don't make chutney too thin or watery.
  • Use this green chutney as a dip with Broccoli Cheese Wontons, Mix Vegetable Pakora (Fried Fritters), Spicy Vada Pav.
