Paneer Bread Roll

Servings: 2 people
- 2 tbsp Besan / Gram flour
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil for frying
- 1 cup Cabbage greated
- 1/2 cup Paneer greated
- 1/2 cup Cheese
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- 2 pcs Green Chillies chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients for stuffing.
Remove the sides of the bread, put the stuffing in the corner of the bread slice and roll the slice.
Seal the edge with a paste made of equal quantity of gram flour and water.
Deep fry all the rolls in oil till golden.
