Paneer Bread Roll

Ingredients
- 5 pcs Bread slices
For Stuffing
- 2 tbsp Besan / Gram flour
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil for frying
- 1 cup Cabbage greated
- 1/2 cup Paneer greated
- 1/2 cup Cheese
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- 2 pcs Green Chillies chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for stuffing.
- Remove the sides of the bread, put the stuffing in the corner of the bread slice and roll the slice.
- Seal the edge with a paste made of equal quantity of gram flour and water.
- Deep fry all the rolls in oil till golden.
- Serve hot
