  • 5 pcs Bread slices

For Stuffing

  • 2 tbsp Besan / Gram flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for frying
  • 1 cup Cabbage greated
  • 1/2 cup Paneer greated
  • 1/2 cup Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bell Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 2 pcs Green Chillies chopped
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients for stuffing.
  • Remove the sides of the bread, put the stuffing in the corner of the bread slice and roll the slice.
  • Seal the edge with a paste made of equal quantity of gram flour and water.
  • Deep fry all the rolls in oil till golden.
  • Serve hot
