Peanut Butter Brown Rice Pudding

  • 2 cup Brown Rice cooked
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Take a bowl and add 2 cups of cooked rice in it. Add peanut butter, some sugar or honey. Microwave for some time until the peanut butter starts to melt and becomes easy to stir.
  • Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir until the peanut butter and honey evenly overspread the rice.
  • Add milk over the rice, stir so that the rice is evenly coated and mixed. Again put that bowl in microwave for 3 minutes.
