Peanut Butter Brown Rice Pudding
Quick to make rice pudding with goodness of peanut butter, cinnamon, and raisins.

- 2 cup Brown Rice cooked
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
- Salt to taste
Take a bowl and add 2 cups of cooked rice in it. Add peanut butter, some sugar or honey. Microwave for some time until the peanut butter starts to melt and becomes easy to stir.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir until the peanut butter and honey evenly overspread the rice.
Add milk over the rice, stir so that the rice is evenly coated and mixed. Again put that bowl in microwave for 3 minutes.
