Beet root hummus with pita chips

Ingredients
- 100 gms Chickpeas Boiled
- 1 pc Beetroot Boiled or Roasted at 250 degree for 90 to 120 minutes
- 50 gms Tahini Sesame Seeds Paste
- 1 inch Carrot
- 1 pc Green Chillies
- 4 gloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 70 ml Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Cream Amul malai
- 2 tbsp Water
- 10 gms Amul Butter
- 10 gms Fenugreek
Instructions
- 1. Take a mixer pour all the ingredients and blend it to thin paste if your paste is too thick add olive oil to make a runny paste adjust salt as per taste.2. For Pita Chips : Make small triangle from Pita Bread spread it on baking tray drizzle olive oil baked it at 160 degree for 8 to 10 minutes, take it out let it cool.3. Take a small pen pour amul cream add butter, dry roasted kasuri Methi, water keeping stirring and boiled it. Your sauce is ready.4. For serving : Take a pasta bowl, pour beet root humus in middle on side serve pita chips , sprinkle Cajun spice and drizzle white sauce and served it.
