1. Take a mixer pour all the ingredients and blend it to thin paste if your paste is too thick add olive oil to make a runny paste adjust salt as per taste.
2. For Pita Chips : Make small triangle from Pita Bread spread it on baking tray drizzle olive oil baked it at 160 degree for 8 to 10 minutes, take it out let it cool.
3. Take a small pen pour amul cream add butter, dry roasted kasuri Methi, water keeping stirring and boiled it. Your sauce is ready.
4. For serving : Take a pasta bowl, pour beet root humus in middle on side serve pita chips , sprinkle Cajun spice and drizzle white sauce and served it.
