Fried Onion Rings
Make this homemade crispy onion rings which are easy to make and tasty to eat

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Onions
- Vegetable Oil to fry
- 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cut the onion in thick slices and roll the onion rings in wheat flour.
- In a bowl, add corn flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and water. mix it well.
- Deep the onion ring in prepared batter and roll it in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in deep frying pan. Fry the onion rings till golden brown.
- Serve it with tomato ketchup or your favourite dips.
