Fried Onion Rings
Make this homemade crispy onion rings which are easy to make and tasty to eat

- 2 pcs Onions
- Vegetable Oil to fry
- 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Cut the onion in thick slices and roll the onion rings in wheat flour.
In a bowl, add corn flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and water. mix it well.
Deep the onion ring in prepared batter and roll it in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in deep frying pan. Fry the onion rings till golden brown.
Serve it with tomato ketchup or your favourite dips.
