Fried Onion Rings

  • 2 pcs Onions
  • Vegetable Oil to fry
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs


  • Cut the onion in thick slices and roll the onion rings in wheat flour.
  • In a bowl, add corn flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and water. mix it well.
  • Deep the onion ring in prepared batter and roll it in breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the oil in deep frying pan. Fry the onion rings till golden brown.
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup or your favourite dips.
