Vegan Nuts Stuffed Dates Balls
Easy to make nutritious bite size sweet dessert for winter.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Dates deseeded
- 1/2 cup Milk Powder
- 4 tbsp Ghee / Saturated Butter
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 cup Dry Fruits roasted
- 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 4 tbsp Chocolate melted
- 2 tbsp Coconut desiccated
- 2 tbsp Soybean paste
Instructions
- In a pan, put on flame, add ghee, soya paste and stir it well.
- Now add dates and cook it until the mixture come out lumpy and sticky than add milk powder, vanilla essence prepare a stiff dough.
- Take an another bowl, put roasted chopped dry fruits, melted chocolate and condensed milk with few drops of vanilla essence, prepare a stuffing for balls.
- Take a small portion of dates put an dry fruit stuffing in the middle, then roll it into a ball shape or into a cup shape.
- Add desiccated coconut over it and serve it.
