  • 1 pc Banana
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder


  • Add overripe banana pieces into mixing bowl.
  • Add cocoa powder into it.
  • Add peanut butter into mixture bowl.
  • Add honey as per your taste.
  • Add cold milk into mixture bowl.
  • Blend all ingredients until it gets a smooth puree.
  • Pour into serving glass, and enjoy your healthy morning breakfast.
