  • 2 cup Peanuts
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Honey optional


  • In a non-stick pan roast the peanuts on medium heat. Remove the outer skin of peanut.
  • In a grinder add roasted peanuts, salt, honey and oil as per your taste.
  • Grind to a smooth paste, serve it as a spread or dip.
