Servings: 4 people
- 500 g Macaroni Pasta boiled
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mustard Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup Sweet corn boiled
- 1/4 cup Capsicum
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste to taste
- 1/4 cup Red kidney beans optional
In a bowl mix all ingredients macaroni pasta, mayonnaise, mustard sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper together.
Now add all the chopped vegetables, tomato, capsicum, sweet corn, coriander leaves and add cooked red kidney beans. Beans are optional.
