Chocolate Orange Mousse

The classic combination of chocolate and orange is perfect quick dessert.

  • 200 g Dark Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Cream malai
  • 1 cup Cream malai
  • 2 tbsp Caramel syrup
  • Orange sponge cake
  • 1/2 cup Orange squash
  • 1 tbsp Orange rind
  • For Garnishing
  • 1/2 Orange
  • 4 Almond Slices


  • First micro the cream for a minute then add the dark chocolate mix it gently, Cool the mixture at room temperature, then add caramel syrup in the chocolate cream mixture, mix it well.
  • Add whipped cream to the chocolate mixture, use cut and fold method to mix it, fill this mixture in piping bag, keep in the fridge for 7-8 minutes.
  • Take orange sponge cake and cut the round let of orange sponge with a cookie cutter, take orange zest mix it with orange squash.
  • Take small glass first pipe chocolate mousse at the bottom of the glass, put the orange sponge over it and sock with zesty orange squash repeat the step for 3 times garnish with some orange segments and almond.
