Indian Jelly Halwa (Bombay Halwa)
Famous karachi halwa. Made without cornflour, easy to cook and appetizing dessert for any festival.

Ingredients
- 1 ltr Full Fat Milk
- 1 pck Agar Agar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 pcs Cardamom
- 3 drops Vanilla Essence
- 1 tbsp Almond powder
- 2 tbsp Mixed nuts chopped
- 2 drops Food coloring
Instructions
- Boil milk in a deep bottomed pan.
- Add sugar, chopped nuts, vanilla essence, food color, almond powder and stir for 5 min.
- Add agar agar powder to it and keep stirring till it thickens.
- When it starts to bubble and overflow, switch off the stove and transfer into a mould.
- Let it cool for a minute and keep in refrigerator.
- Cut into desired shapes and serve it.
