Veg Turmeric Cauliflower Rice
A healthy low-carb meal for those lazy weeknight dinners
Servings: 2 people
- 1 head Cauliflower grated
- 2-3 Garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Remove the stems and grate the cauliflower.
- In a large saucepan, add some oil and add the grated cauliflower.
- Roast for 1 minute and add turmeric, salt and garlic.
- Roast for another minute and add chilli flakes and stir.
- After 2 minutes add lime juice and take off from the flame.
- Serve hot.
