Veg Turmeric Cauliflower Rice

  • 1 head Cauliflower grated
  • 2-3 Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice


  • Remove the stems and grate the cauliflower.
  • In a large saucepan, add some oil and add the grated cauliflower.
  • Roast for 1 minute and add turmeric, salt and garlic.
  • Roast for another minute and add chilli flakes and stir.
  • After 2 minutes add lime juice and take off from the flame.
  • Serve hot.
