Healthy Beet Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Beetroot chopped
- 2 pcs Red Banana
- 1/2 cup Pomegranates juice
- 6 pcs Almond
- 2 pcs Cardamom
- 1 tsp Amul Butter

- 1/2 cup Almond flakes
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup Banana
Instructions
- Add the chopped beetroot in a saucepan. Add the clarified butter and roast for five minutes. This is to remove the raw smell of beetroot and to retain its color.
- Add the roasted beetroot, almond, cardamom, chopped red banana and pomegranate juice in a blender and blend smoothly.
- Pour into the serving bowl and top with the banana slices, sprinkle almond flakes and pomegranate seeds.
