Penne Pasta with Salmon and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli florets Chopped
- 400 g Salmon fish
- 1 handful Philadelphia Cheese
- 300 ml Cooking cream
- Black pepper to taste
- Red Chilli Powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- 250 g Penne pasta
Instructions
- Fry the whole salmon fillet on a pan with the skin season with some black pepper, salt, and chili.
- Put water to boil in a saucepan. When ready add the pasta for 10 min.
- Start cutting the broccoli into small pieces or the way you like it.
- When the salmon is ready, take it out of the pan, remove the skin and smash into pieces with a fork.
- Wash the pan, put some olive oil and put the broccoli in the pan. Season with some salt and garlic paste.
- Add the salmon, the Philadelphia cheese and a bit of the double cream.
- When the pasta is ready, drain and add into the pan. Mix with the sauce.
- Plate and garnish with lemongrass or add extra parmesan or sprinkle with chili.
