Fry the whole salmon fillet on a pan with the skin season with some black pepper, salt, and chili.
Put water to boil in a saucepan. When ready add the pasta for 10 min.
Start cutting the broccoli into small pieces or the way you like it.
When the salmon is ready, take it out of the pan, remove the skin and smash into pieces with a fork.
Wash the pan, put some olive oil and put the broccoli in the pan. Season with some salt and garlic paste.
Add the salmon, the Philadelphia cheese and a bit of the double cream.
When the pasta is ready, drain and add into the pan. Mix with the sauce.
Plate and garnish with lemongrass or add extra parmesan or sprinkle with chili.
